Refund & Cancellation Policy
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund shall be following the clauses as set forth:
RETURN REQUESTS
Upon your purchase of the products through the website, we accept returns on the products and orders except for accessories, swimsuits, and bags. Should you wish to return the products or the order, you can do so by placing a request by contacting us within 24 to 48hrs from the date of delivery of the products.
All return requests are subject to confirmation from our end towards the acceptance of the same. We request you to please wait for our confirmation before you dispatch the products to us.
Further, you will be liable to ensure that the products return to us within 7 days from the date of the email confirmation from our end regarding the acceptance. Should there be any delay in the return process from your end, we will cancel your return request.
-To place a return request for your order, the product must not be used
-Contain original packing, tags, and bills.
-Not be washed or tampered
Note: We do not pay or compensate you in any manner towards any charges and costs that shall be incurred by you for the purpose of shipping it back to us.
Due to their special features some of our items are non-returnable.(Accessories, Swimsuits, Bags)
All products purchased from the sale section, or during a sale period are non-returnable.
You will have to email us at support@babybabynavvi.com within 24 to 48hrs of receiving the product and we will accept the return. We do not pay for return shipping. We do not offer reverse pick-up service as well.
PROCESSING OF REFUND
Note that we do not offer any refund towards any products purchased from us or through our website that have been returned to us. However, we will offer a Credit Note of the invoice amount based on the receipt of the product from your end and towards the confirmation of the same.
All Credit Notes shall be processed within 6 months from the time of receiving the returned products and upon the confirmation of processing credit note by us.
We will undertake to process the quality check process (product should not be used and should contain original packaging and bill)
EXCHANGE
Exchange is allowed. We request you to intimate us within 24 to 48hrs of receiving the product and we will send a confirmation email regarding the exchange and return of the product in your possession.
To receive any product, you will be required to return the product to us as per the terms specified in the Return clause. Only upon the receipt of the product and upon confirmation after the quality check-up, we will undertake to process an exchange request for the same invoice value of the product.
CANCELLATION
As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.
The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):
if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction that is not following the Terms of Use, or
in case of unavailability of a service, or
for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
if the Company does not want to do business with the User
If a User is not available at the registered address at the time of delivery and if the User is unavailable to pick up the call, the order will stand canceled by the Company.
The Company maintains a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserves the right to deny access to such Users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
